PURCHASING PROCESS

1º.-  Download purchasing form:

2.-  Once you have downloaded the form and filled it in with the information requested as well as the articles you wish to purchase, you will need to save the document in your personal computer.

3.-  Send the form via email to: comercial@pipopet.com indicating in the subject section: Purchasing order and to which you will attach the form you have filled in.

4.- Pipopet will send you an email within 48 hours to the email address you will have provided that will confirm the order has been received and the reference code of the order placed. We will also confirm the amount of the order in the same email. We suggest you check the details indicating where you would like to receive the order as well as the articles listed in the email sent to you. Check that everything is correct  before the purchase is sent. In the case that you do not receive an email from us within 48 hours, please send us an email to: comercial@pipopet.com or call our Customer Service number: 00 34 91 416 84 57 between 16.00 and 19.00.

5.- Upon agreement with the information received in the email, you can proceed to completing a bank transfer to the following account: ES59 2100 4381 73 0200021651.

Prices published on our website include packaging and shipping. These apply to Spain and the Balearics. Should you require shipping rates outside of Spain, please send your request to: info@pipopet.com

In the case of errors regarding prices available in our web page, the price indicated in the confirmation email will prevail.

The product(s) will be billed, packaged and shipped upon completion of payment. Pipopet will contact you  to indicate delivery date which is usually 15 days after payment has been completed. GENERAL CONDITIONS

This electronic contract is concluded under the Spanish law 34/2002 regarding Information Society Services and E-commerce (LSSICE) and updated with the modifications introduced with the law 3/2014 concerning consumers since June 13th, 2014.

GUARANTEES

All our products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects that might appear in the two years following the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear. In the event that a product proves defective within this period, Pipopet will proceed to the repair of the product, its replacement, a discount or to the termination of the agreement for no additional fees for the buyer. Unless otherwise indicated, products received should meet requirements:

a) They match Pipopet’s descriptions and possess the specificities presented to the consumer.

FAQs

WHAT DO I NEED TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT WITH REGARDS TO SHIPPINGS?

The price of the product includes shipping fees to the Iberian Peninsula and to the Balearics.

Shipments will be delivered within 15 days from payment reception to Pipopet. You will be notified in the absence of stock.

If you choose to pay via bank transfer, we inform you that delivery will be guaranteed upon confirmation of payment by our bank.

The order will be delivered at the address stipulated at the time of the order by our transportation suppliers unless you are out of your home or in case your building has certain specificities, package volume or weight of the package resulting in the absence of the delivery of the good. Our transportation company will leave a note or contact you to coordinate a day and a time to deliver the good.

We deliver all around Spain, the Balearics, the Canaries, or in Portugal.

You choose the shipment address for delivery.

HOW CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?

CAN I MAKE ANY OTHER CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER IN PROGRESS?

To cancel an order in progress, contact customer service (+34914168457), we will help you to manage any modification or cancellation of your order. In the event that you want to cancel any product that has not yet been sent, you will return the amount without charge.

 

WHY HAS IT NOT BEEN POSSIBLE TO DELIVER THE ORDER?

There are two main causes:

  • Erroneous address: verify address details entered. Your order might have been delivered at the wrong address.
  • Failed attempts to deliver: our logistics suppliers will attempt to deliver up to three times. The order will be returned after three filed attempts.

 

WHAT HAPPENS WITH UNDELIVERED PACKAGES?

When it has not been possible to deliver an order for reasons beyond Pipopet’s will, (erroneous data, absence of client, etc.), we will contact you again to verify data and try a new shipment without extra cost. In the event that the product has not been delivered due to customer withdrawal, we will return the total amount of your purchase minus shipping costs.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY RETURN COSTS IN CASES OF PRODUCT WITHDRAWAL?

Yes. To be able to return the product, you must pay for shipping costs except when the return is due to a damaged product, or the delivery of a wrong product. In these latter cases the return costs shall be borne by Pipopet.

SPECIAL OFFERS

Pipopet will offer a 10% discount on the purchase of a second Pipopet toilet (same buyer’s name).

This promotion does not cover shipping costs.

Additional discounts may be applied in subsequent orders.

In case Pipopet is unable to deliver the product, the order will be cancelled. Logically the user will be notified as soon as possible and reimbursement will be made within stipulated delays.

If you wish to change the address of delivery

Pipopet thrives to satisfy customers:

If you detect possible defects, we kindly ask you not to open the package. Please note the incident in the courier’s delivery form.

Notify of any defects the same day the delivery was made.

Products will be returned by the buyer in its original packaging together with possible accessories.

In this case, Pipopet will cover all return costs. In case of defects, Pipopet will proceed to a new shipping free of costs. Pipopet offers the services of the logistics company used AZKAR to collect product free of costs. Should the buyer choose a different supplier, the buyer will assumer the difference in costs.

Returns will be processed up to 14 calendar days after reception.

RETURNS

Pipopet works to satisfy clients with their purchase. Despite our efforts, you may wish to return a product.

 

Causes of a possible return:

 

– The product is defective.

 

– The product has been damaged during transport.

 

Returns will be processed before 14 calendar days after the receipt of the goods.  You must send the product in its original packaging with all accessories. Pipopet will cover shipping costs that are generated by the delivery of the product and for the return of the same. Pipopet will then forward the product free of charge.

 

In case of defects caused during transportation, it is important that the buyer call the company the same day it is delivered and that s/he indicates the incident using the courier’s delivery form.

 

Withdrawal

In accordance with Spanish legislation, the customer has the right of withdrawal. The user may return the received product if it does match expectations.  The exercise of this right of withdrawal must be done in less than 15 working days after delivery. The official calendar of the place in use in the country of delivery will be referred to. To exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition and must be kept in its original packaging. Derived from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, return costs shall be borne by the buyer.

 

Refund will be made following a verification of the condition of the goods. In case the product has been used rather excessively, this does not mean the user loses the right of withdrawal but that s/he is responsible for the depreciation of the value of the product to clean and/or repair the product. Money will be returned using the same means of payment than those used for the order.

 

If items are not returned in perfect condition, Pipopet seeks the right to pay a lower amount to cover damage caused.  To exercise the right of withdrawal you must send us the following form duly completed and sent to the email address: comercial@pipopet.com e-mail address. Goods must be sent to Pipopet, calle Virgen de la Rosa, no. 46; Les Alqueries; 12539 Castellón (Spain) in its original packaging.

 

If you wish to send the goods through a transport company of your choice, you must ship it using the prepaid freight option.
